Austin Condo Hotel

The rooftop was one of our favorite parts, with a relaxing pool and a great view of the bats flying around the bridge area at dusk. The condo had everything I needed for cooking healthy meals, too. Although the city is busy, our room was peaceful and surprisingly quiet. The location of Downtown Austin Condo | 1BR + Sleep Sofa | Natiivo was great, close enough to walk everywhere. 6th Street and Congress are less than a 20-minute walk, with lots of restaurants and food nearby. The parking team outside did a great job, and the front desk and café staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We spent a week exploring Austin, and room 1107 was clean, modern, and well stocked for the whole trip. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the location was perfect. We made good use of the pool on sunny afternoons, especially enjoying its plush furniture and the cabanas on really hot days. It was great to see the bats from the pool, too. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit was a big plus.

The location was lovely, with a walking path around the corner and a few good places to eat and drink within walking distance. The rooftop pool was nice, and the owner responded quickly and checked in with me. When we needed a few missing items, they arrived quickly. Having a washer and dryer was a great touch. The condo was clean, and the king room was nice. The Murphy bed room felt tight for two adults, and the sofa bed was about what we expected. The extra half bath was useful. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family: the doors were thin and loud when closing in the Jack and Jill setup. The condo and host were great, but one front desk staff member was incredibly rude. On day three, when we asked if our keys might not be working, he rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed at being asked to help with what sounded like a common elevator key issue. I wish I’d gotten his name. Everyone else we encountered was great, and apart from that interaction the trip was amazing.

The condo was very clean, with pretty bathrooms, and the city views and rooftop pool were lovely. It was a great price for the place. There were a couple of pool towels supplied, which was nice. I only wish the bedrooms had lights, though the lamps worked fine. The employees were friendly. There’s no room service or place to get food after 8 p.m., but I still highly recommend staying here and will be back.
