I've stayed here a number of times and have always been comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the people have been nice and helpful. I think it's the best value around, and I'll keep coming back when I need a place.

I've stayed here a number of times and have always been comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the people have been nice and helpful. I think it's the best value around, and I'll keep coming back when I need a place.

This hotel was sketchy and dirty, with bad management. Within ten minutes of checking in, we found a bed bug in the room. We grabbed our bags and left. When we explained what we'd seen, the front desk attendant insisted she was sure there were no bed bugs, even though we'd literally seen one. She claimed they inspect for bugs every week and said they'd refund my money if they found any that week. There was no way for us to hold them to that promise, and they refused a refund for a room with an actual bed bug. Edit: False information? I never heard from you after the visit, so keep lying to defend your dirty hotel. It'll inevitably be shut down in the next 2 years.
The ceiling in the room was covered in mold, the walls were yellow and torn, the heat and air didn't work, and bugs were everywhere. I asked for a different room and the front desk said no until I showed photos. They eventually agreed, then gave me another room that also had mold. Absolutely disgusting!
There was a moldy smell in the room, and the decor badly needs an overhaul. I paid for phone service, but it worked inconsistently. When they returned my deposit, it was $100 short. They said they'd deducted the phone charge, even though I'd already paid for that service with the room. Stay far away if you can avoid this place.
The stay covered my basic needs, but the room's heater and AC unit made for a cold December night. I had to wait about 30 some odd minutes while it ran loudly to warm the air, and that was all it warmed. The comforter kept the cold trapped around the bed when I pulled back the sheets, until my body heat eventually raised the temperature. I was also bothered by the hotel discount links that appeared on Google Maps. I don't know whether the hotel or Google posted them. I chose Trivago and entered my credit card, but it didn't seem to work and showed a phone number. My wife's card also seemed not to work and pointed to the same number. When I called, I reached a travel support line that wasn't Trivago. To me, that felt misleading, even deceptive.
