Budget Bed Room near Downtown

The kitchen sink was piled with dirty dishes, and both the kitchen and bathroom were outside the bedroom. The first door opened onto an overwhelming urine smell; I had to hold my breath going upstairs, and it was still noticeable in the bedroom, though less on the second floor. The small, poorly kept room had just a little table and one chair. The sheets didn’t look clean, there was nowhere for luggage or hanging clothes, and the tiny closet was empty, had no hangers, and smelled musty enough to be unusable. This was far below acceptable accommodation standards. Don’t trust the website photos!!!
