I’ve lived in several apartments in this building over the last 6 years, and there are some wonderful employees who really look after the property and its tenants. David always greets people with a smile and is quick to help. When our cat sitter had to cancel at the last minute because of a family emergency, I was boarding a plane and my husband was in Korea. David stepped in to feed our cat, Ginger, and keep her company until the sitter returned. I’m so grateful for his kindness.

We’re big fans of this place and its amenities. Everyone is friendly and helpful, especially David at the front desk. He even brought a package up for me while the room was temporarily closed. We always enjoy talking Star Wars with him. Definitely recommend it.

I’ve been living here for a while and it’s been a really good experience. The building is clean, safe, and welcoming, management responds when needed, and maintenance is prompt. David at the concierge desk is always helpful too. I’m happy to call this place home.

I’m starting my third year here, and it’s a great place to live. The location, THE POOL, community events, and staff are all hard to beat. I like passing David at the concierge desk because we can have silly chats, and I know he’ll also answer more serious questions. He and plenty of the other staff are second to none.

It’s a nice place overall, though the neighbors are usually quiet and things can get noisy on weekends. The receptionists were friendly. It isn’t cheap, but there are lots of amenities, including a gym, business centre, and free coffee downstairs, which I really appreciated.
