Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

There’s a market for coffee, snacks, and light food, and The Bistro serves meals and adult drinks. Staff are dedicated to guests, and there are security personnel in the lobby to help out. The Hyatt Regency Baltimore is downtown, just across from the harbor, so local attractions are easy to reach. It made for an exceptional stay.

I could tell the team really cared about guests. Jen checked me in and was lovely, with a thoughtful list of good local places to eat. Jamal patiently answered my questions late at night, and Cortez was polite and thorough at checkout. The food was very good, and the service even better. The property is centrally located and has gorgeous views over the inner harbor. This team represents the best of Hyatt.

We just came back from three nights here and had an awesome time. It’s an older hotel, but it’s well maintained and worked perfectly for Baltimore, especially with kids. The rooms were nice, the beds had comfy down comforters, and we were close to everything. Everyone on staff was so nice, and every barista made the Starbucks espresso black well. We won’t stay anywhere else. Don’t listen to the bad reviews!

I’d like to give this hotel a fair review, but the registration process was the worst I’ve experienced. Staff hung up on me several times mid-conversation. I tried booking through live chat instead, and the chat was closed in the middle of the booking. I kept going, only to be quoted a rate $100 a night higher than what the earlier people had told me. I’m not spending hours fighting a company just to give them my money.
