The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with updated fixtures. That was about all I liked. The room was small and smelled of weed and cigarette smoke, and I could hear people yelling outside through the thin walls, even from the fourth floor. The location felt unsafe, especially arriving at night as a young woman. There are liquor stores and smoke shops directly across from and next to the hotel, with people who looked or smelled intoxicated lingering near the entrance. Once I was inside, I felt less worried. A nearby Catholic Church also rang very loud bells at 7am and 7:20am. Breakfast was terrible. I only had cereal and didn't eat there again. I'd recommend this place only if you're desperate.

The rooms are tiny, with only full size beds, and there are no cribs, despite that being why I booked. The location is poor too. There are a liquor shop and two smoke shops across the street, just one restaurant on the block, and if you park in the garage opposite, you can't get your car out at night. The rooms had one problem after another. The first TV didn't work and its nightstand was missing a drawer; the tall mirror was breaking. In the current room the mirror is also coming off the wall, the inside lock has chewed up the door, and the bathroom door won't close properly. When we accidentally locked ourselves out with the inside lock, all our baby things and clothes were still in the room. The man at the front desk understood and tried to help, but the manager first said we'd have to wait until maid service arrived at 9am. After I pushed the issue, he came out with only a "do not disturb" sign. I had to get a wire hanger from a shop across the street and solve it myself. If you're alone and need somewhere quick to sleep, it might be fine. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

We were allowed to check in early for a fee, and the front desk staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable, but both the TV and shower were broken, and the furniture was falling apart. The area felt really sketchy at night. I won't stay here again, and I'd spend extra for a better location.

Breakfast was awesome. The hotel is within walking distance of CFG Stadium, Lexington Market, and the club areas. Power Plant Live is reachable on foot or with a quick train ride, and the harbor is a short bus ride away.

I booked online because the photos looked nice, but they were misleading. The first room had doors that didn't work, and the replacement was even worse. It smelled awful, and the walls, sheets, and towels were dirty. The humidity brought on an allergic reaction. I paid for three nights but left after one because I couldn't sleep there at all. After a tiring trip, I had to pay for another hotel, and that place only made me feel worse. It was a horrible experience. Don't waste your money.
