It’s not an easy on-easy off location. In the room, the sink and tub had no stoppers, and there was an iron but no board. The towels absorbed well but weren’t very soft. Still, the room was well appointed for the price. I liked the seating area separated by a half wall, the large bench that fit at least two suitcases, and the big mirror outside the bathroom. The bathroom was larger than most at this level, and the fridge was bigger than usual with a small freezer. There were lots of outlets and USB ports in useful spots, including by the bed, next to the couch near the mirror, and at the desk. The AC worked well without being too noisy.

Black mold on the air conditioner vents was the worst part. The carpets were dirty too, and the entryway was sticky and nasty. The toilet was clogged and dirty. The coffee area was ridiculous, with little plastic cups and no cream or sugar. The shower curtain was about half the size it should be and wouldn’t stay in place. Horrible room.

The highway noise kept me awake most of the night, and the nightly rate I paid didn’t feel worth it. I was in room 201. It was clean, but the bathroom needs work: the sink bowl was cracked and glued together, the tub had been resurfaced but was chipped, and it took a long time to get hot water.

The pool wasn’t full, so there was no swimming, and the AC vents were dirty. There were ants by the coffee pot, the AC didn’t work well, my first keys didn’t work, and no luggage carts were available after 10 pm at night. Breakfast was a mess too: the coffee was weak, the apple juice watered down, the biscuits hard, and with one waffle maker there was a long line. When the pancake batter ran out at 8:30, the kitchen guy was rude and said, “at 9am it will all be put up.” I stay at Comfort Inns a lot, and this is the worst one I’ve been at. Do better.
