The rooms are small, but cozy, and the views were nice. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Free WiFi, continental breakfast, and a fitness center were included, and the place is close to the rail system, Whole Foods, and other food spots. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. Pretty good, and I'd come back.

We stayed in the Octagon, and after a long drive the friendly staff were exactly what we needed. It's a beautiful, clean hotel with historical details, plus a fitness center, sauna, and café. Breakfast is included with some bookings, depending on how you reserve. It costs more than most cheaper options, but I thought the extra was worth it. Awesome.

I was here for a work conference, but didn't stay overnight. The grounds are lovely, with fun paths to wander during breaks. I've been coming to conferences here for over 15 years, and the food has varied over that time, though it seems to be improving now. The individually packed breakfast and lunch were very good and healthy.

The bed was the weak point. The mattress felt worn down, with dents from everyone who'd slept on it before. The furnishings are dated, and the TV was tiny. But it's a beautiful spot and a great value. My room was clean and quiet, with no bad smells, and the bathroom was spotless. There were more electrical outlets than I've seen in a hotel room lately. I also had a nice balcony or patio with a table and chairs. I'd definitely stay again.

The balcony view was beautiful, and the location and setting were lovely. Staff were polite, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed one night on 7/27/2018. But our room wasn't very clean. The previous guests' bed setup was still there, all untidy, and the sheets, pillow covers, and blankets hadn't been changed. The carpet smelled, and there were no tissues, clean towels, or hygiene supplies like shampoo, soap, or toothpaste.
