We were in town for an event at the CFG Center, and the location worked perfectly. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and parking across the street was affordable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We’d happily stay again.

I liked the clean hotel, the good location, and the shower. The smart TV was nice to have in the room, and the gym had fairly new equipment that worked well for a workout. Breakfast had most of what you need. The front desk staff, though, came across really dry. They didn’t smile or greet you when you walked in.

The service stood out most. At breakfast, staff kept the buffet stocked, and they handled my three credit cards at checkout without a fuss, even though I had a coupon or rebate on each one. When we checked in, they also explained that weekend parking through the hotel cost $25 with in-and-out access, while paying at the lot across the street was only $5, unless you planned to go in and out five times. We used the lot. The rooms were clean, and the location in Fells Point near the Inner Harbor is excellent.

The room was tiny, the bed was painfully hard, and the location was terrible. Baltimore hadn’t done much to clear the snow, and even the hotel hadn’t cleared the area in front very well. The supervisor was kind, but Brian on the night shift was awful. When I asked for towels, he barely got out of his chair, rolled over and put them against himself. I didn’t use them because that was disgusting. Brian also told me I couldn’t turn the TV above 50 because it was a “quiet hotel,” which I’ve never heard of. I’ll stay at a different Hilton next time and follow up with Hilton to get my points back.
