This felt like a bait and switch. It isn’t called Townhouse Bostow, it’s a Super 8 motel in really poor condition. Breakfast was just muddy coffee, toast, and bananas.

My reservation took them three hours to find, and they left me sweating in a lobby with no AC while it was over 100 degrees. The chairs were broken, and the lobby itself was lousy. They finally found the reservation and apologized, but this was the worst experience ever. The tow company referred me because my car had broken down, and they do business with this hotel. I was an older man, and they refused me a safe, cooler room that I had paid for. My stitches are bleeding now. Boycott this place.

It’s wild that they want our money but can’t communicate with us. There’s no option to speak directly with someone at the front desk, and the company handling their phone lines didn’t speak English. I called eight times and spoke with eight different people before finally reaching someone who did, and he couldn’t answer my questions about the hotel. The world feels like it’s going further and further downhill.
