Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville

This is a one-star review of the hotel, not the casino. The casino was full of smoke, as expected. The room was 64 degrees, and the hotel said its policy doesn't let guests control their own temperature; the front desk controls it. I basically froze the whole time. Wi-Fi almost never worked. The mattress was absurdly hard and uncomfortable, and there was just a communal microwave on a rolling cart in the casino lobby, which felt disgusting for a hotel that looks this nice from outside. Terrible experience overall and not worth it.

I was sweating the whole time because guests can't control the temperature in their rooms. Calling the front desk to change it didn't solve things: the room took forever to cool down, then the temperature eventually went back to inferno levels. Horrible experience. I don't recommend it.

The rooms supposedly suck from what I've heard, but I haven't tried them. The food, staff, and players club all suck too. This is the worst, most cheating casino in the country, in my experience traveling across the country for work and gambling just about everywhere. I know casinos cheat and that you're basically throwing money away, but this place is on another level. It's not just sometimes, it's every time. I've caught them cheating at live tables too. It feels like outright theft. They won't even humor you and let you play for a while. I've lost several hundred dollars in less than an hour while betting minimum, including runs of 15, 20, and sometimes nearly 30 losses in a row. I've also lost several hands in a row with 19 or higher. The slots are locked so tight you're lucky to hit a bonus. Go to any other casino and stay away from this one.

The pool is amazing when the weather's good, and the rooms are always nice and clean. We love staying there for the lenape powwow, ever since this place was built.
