After decades of travel, this was the worst booking experience I've had. I accidentally booked Batesville, Arkansa online late in the day when we needed Batesville, Mississipi on our way to New Orleans. That was my mistake. I called the Arkansas location right away and spoke to a front desk man named John, if that's really his name. He wouldn't help with a refund and said to call his manager the next day. I called "Diane" the next morning, though she oddly didn't confirm that was her name, and she was just as rude and unwilling to help. I never got my money back. I'll never stay at not-so-Comfort hotel again.

I won't stay at this location again. The fold-out bed had a dirty cover and no sheets or blanket. When I asked for clean bedding, they acted like they were putting it out. The shower handle was broken, and the toilet leaked around loose anchor bolts with a broken seal. The doors dragged on the floor too. Really disappointing.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, but the breakfast and coffee could be better. Watch out for the hallway vending machines, they take your money.

We won't be back. The pool was out of service, the room air wasn't working, and the hotel smelled moldy. The exercise room was dirty and had no towels or cleaning supplies. Breakfast selection was horrible too. There was a sign in the room saying the maximum nightly charge was $125, but we were charged over $150.

We booked online because it said we wouldn't pay until arrival. My debit card number changed after the booking because I got married, but when we arrived they said they'd canceled our room after trying the card and it didn't work. So much for paying when we got there. We'd chosen this place for the indoor pool, and booked a room with a shower. We ended up in another room that had no shower and cost $70 more, since the online booking was cheaper. The pool was out of order. Very disappointing.
