The desk representative was so kind and great to talk to. Our first room hadn't been cleaned, and he apologized right away and moved us. The TV in the second room didn't work either, so he came by and swapped it out. He was open to hearing about problems and helping with them. Thanks so much. I'll definitely book again, outstanding service!

This may be a lower star hotel, but I thought it was just swell. Dawn took good care of my mother and me, making sure we had a first floor accessible room so my older mom could get around easily. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom was especially nice, looking newly renovated and classy. Dawn also helped us get extra towels and other supplies, and even had the maintenance man bring a TV remote for my mother. Thanks again, Dawn, for a great stay while we were passing through Louisiana.

The rooms smell strongly of mold and feel very outdated. The toilet rocks when you sit on it, and you can see outside through the door. There's no cable, and there was a drink in the fridge, so it didn't seem like they cleaned it well.

The pictures make the hotel look much better than it is. The outdoor furniture needs replacing, and the pool isn't maintained well. Housekeepers only clean if you ask. I paid for 28 days but was charged for the last week too. I also didn't get my deposit back after they booked me at the wrong Oyo, or the security deposit for my cats that I was told would be returned. The carpet was torn. This hotel is a big ripoff, and I'm not staying there again.
