The pool is huge, and the lazy river is really cool when the kids haven’t taken it over. There’s also a dog area, not large but big enough for what you need. The park is clean, with lots of sites, and the sewer hookups are accessible and clean. Our spot was about half a foot from level, and the water pressure was legit. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful, and the store has a little of everything. The only gripe was having to move because of a red ant hill I stepped in and got bitten by. Glad it was me and not my puppy. The roving staff could be more attentive. Other than that, a great RV park. I’d come back and recommend it.

This is one of the best RV parks we’ve stayed at in all our travels. We spent a night in our RV, not in the rooms, but if the rooms are anything like the park, they must be great. It’s clean and well kept, with a nice dog park, a lazy river that’s perfect for adults to unwind, and a casino that was a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptional. One woman stopped to help with an urgent issue with our unit even though she wasn’t on the clock yet. Her help, along with prayer, made a stressful moment in our unit much easier. We’re from the RGV in South Texas and liked the place so much that we plan to return and see more of Baton Rouge. Thanks for a great stay.

We’re cyclists, and we loved being near the paved Mississippi River bike trail. It starts by the casino and runs all the way downtown, past the LSU campus. We stayed at Tiger's Trail in late April 2026 and had a great time. The resort is clean and very well maintained, and the pool and lazy river were fun. We also enjoyed the trivia night. The casino is within a long walking distance, where we went for a nice lunch, but there isn’t much else nearby. Baton Rouge is about a 15-minute drive. We’d definitely stay at TTRVR again.

The pool area looked great for kids, and the campground itself was clean. But we paid a high price expecting a nice bathhouse with showers, since we don’t like using the shower in our camper. On arrival, we learned there was no hot water in the bathhouse, and it wouldn’t be fixed until the following week. There’s just one toilet facility for more than 300 sites, with three stalls, and it’s in the busy pool area. After traveling across the country, this was the most expensive RV resort we’d seen, with the worst bathroom setup. Definitely not worth the price.

We chose a cottage for LSU family weekend instead of our usual hotel, and my daughters really enjoyed trying something different. We didn’t get to use the lazy river pool or pickleball court, so maybe next time. The resort is conveniently located, especially if you like gambling, and only a short drive from LSU. The city’s new traffic patterns after the game were quite a hassle, though. Apart from that, we had a great time.
