La Vista Inn

Bed bugs crawling on me and my pregnant girlfriend woke us rudely in the middle of the night. They moved us to another room until we could talk to a manager in the morning, then tried to say we must have brought them with us. We absolutely did not. The manager wouldn't refund us until I threatened to take it to a legal level. Our weekend getaway to celebrate our first child on the way was ruined, and the eerie feeling of those bugs stayed with us the rest of the weekend. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's disgusting, don't go.

Absolutely disgusting place and owners. We had roaches, bed bugs, water dripping through the tubs, and smoke detectors that didn't work. The owners were rude and barely refunded us for the room after saying we would get our money back. They dismissed our problems. This place needs an inspection and needs to be shut down.

Vista used to be a really rough spot, but the new manager is turning the hotel around. She's very sweet, too. If you need anything, just ask her and she'll take care of it.

The room smelled like mold and was filthy as soon as I walked in. They wouldn't refund our money, so they moved us to another room that was almost as dirty, with a clogged toilet. Another guest by the pool said that room had toilet problems before we were given it. We asked again for a refund, but they refused, and wouldn't give us a better room either. Maybe they didn't have one. This is a dive and the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If you have any self-respect, do not stay here. Nasty.
