For the rate, I expected more. Police were there every other night. The maid service made my bed when they cleaned, but didn’t change the sheets.

We were charged for one bed even though I’d paid for a room with 2 king beds. The covers had black stains, and I didn’t want to investigate whether they were cigarette ash or maybe bed bugs. Our tub had roaches crawling around, the toilet seat was torn, and the lid had a cigarette burn even though the room was supposed to be non smoking. There was mold in the shower too. They claim to be a new property, but it only looks renovated and not completely trashed yet. Do not stay here, especially with kids. Save your money for a better hotel, even if it costs a little more. I’d give zero stars if I could.

There were two mice running freely around my room, and I had to toss them out the door. The mattress was stained with blood or dry feces. The room was absolutely disgusting. NEVER Come!

After work, I came back to my room and found it had been cleaned, but my money and all my valuable belongings were gone. I went to the front desk, and he said there was nothing they could do, so I pressed charges. I was there on a work assignment, and the place is conveniently located, but expect to be robbed if you leave things in your room. I believe housekeepers and front desk workers go into rooms after guests leave and go through their personal items and steal money and belongings, since they’re the only ones with room access. The bathtubs were molded and the sheets stained. The service was horrible, and the staff were deceitful. They are all kin and work as a team, with no accountability. God sees all, and I hope it blessed your households.
