We came to town for graduation expecting to stay two nights, but road closures caused by the weather meant we had to extend our stay. Miles was incredibly kind and helpful in making sure we were looked after, and Whitney was phenomenal too. This Home 2 Suites gave us the best customer service we've ever had, even though the brand is usually our go-to when we travel. The hotel and room were clean, and the employees were friendly and always smiling. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. It also didn't have the overpowering chlorine smell that makes your eyes burn at some places. The atmosphere was great, the breakfast area was kept very clean, and the location worked well. There's no hot tub with the pool, but that wasn't a deal breaker. We'll absolutely stay again when we're in Gillette. Thanks to Miles, Whitney, and the rest of the staff!

A convenient, quiet location close to restaurants and the highway, with easy parking. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, a good stop for traveling through Wyoming. Rooms feel fresh and well cared for, with plenty of space, kitchenettes, large bathrooms, and lots of outlets. The beds are comfortable, and staff are friendly, quick to help, and make check-in easy. Breakfast is simple but good, and the dining area stays tidy during the morning rush. A reliable stay that fits what I expect from the brand.

I come here every other week, and the staff treat me like family or a best friend from the moment I arrive until I leave. They're truly the best. Special thanks to Reagan: when I got to my room on Christmas Eve Eve, there was a handwritten card waiting for me. You don't see that much anymore. It really made my day!

A really nice stop if you're passing through Gillette. The rooms are clean, updated, and have what you need to be comfortable. Whitney at the front desk was especially helpful when I had questions about my bill. I'd recommend it and stay again.

This is where I stay whenever I'm passing through Gillette. It's in a great spot, set back from the main road, so it's quiet and easy to rest or get work done. The rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. If you get to meet Whitney, she'll brighten your day. There's a yogurt bar at the free breakfast, yes, an actual yogurt bar, and several places to eat within walking distance. I eat healthier here in the morning than I do at home. Bottom line is...
