We had a great stay. The room was clean, the staff were courteous, and the shuttle was on time. I only wish the front desk had told us the shuttle would be waiting at Gate 1-10 at the airport.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We paid to leave our car there while on vacation, and they provided a shuttle to the airport. They also explained how to arrange a pickup when we returned. Highly recommend.

The whole stay felt welcoming, with every staff member showing hospitality and warmth at some point. Mr. Daniel, the General Manager, deserves special mention for his professionalism, genuine concern for guests and the property, and steady leadership, which set the tone for both the team and our visit. The facility was clean, well stocked, secure, and cheerful. Ms. Sierra showed the signs of an experienced AGM, and Shuttle Driver Mr. Amin, Head of Housekeeping Ms. Christina, all the housekeeping and maintenance staff, and the front desk agents gave the kind of guest care you might remember from the golden age of hospitality. We’ve stayed in many different places around the world over the past 30 years, and it would be wrong not to say how cared for we felt. This was one of our most memorable and meaningful hotel stays to date. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Daniel and his professional team. Truly well done! Cheers!

Even though planes flew right overhead, I never heard them, despite the hotel being next to the airport. It’s a newer place, and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with a walk-in shower and rolling doors. The staff were very friendly when I arrived, knew their stuff, and answered all my questions without hesitation.
