Scottish Inn & Suites

It’s easy to get to work and back from here since it’s right off the highway, and the location is great. I feel safe here, and they keep an eye on your vehicle. The staff are extremely friendly, management stays on top of things, and the place is cleaned every day. They take out the trash and bring fresh towels. The washer and dryer work great, too. I’d give it more stars if I could. Keep up the good work, Scottish Inn.

After driving from Sierra Blanca {just east of El Paso} to Beaumont {just east of Houston} in one day, we arrived at the Scottish Inn and were greeted with a smile. The two rooms we got were among the CLEANEST and nicest updated rooms I’d seen during more than three weeks of travel. We started in Florida, reached The Sonora Desert, and were on our way home via i10. I mention all that because we’d stayed in chain hotels, mom-and-pop places, and even a hole in the wall with ZERO amenities after 10pm, not even DoorDash from a gas station. Of all the places I’ve stayed on the road, this was the B•E•S•T hotel. “Life is a Highway” really does mean something when you’re traveling on Interstate 10 across Texas, and I’ll make this a pit stop whenever we drive this route again. If you need a clean, comfortable, affordable overnight stay, this has all of that and more. It’s easy to get on and off i10, with local mercantile shops, gas stations, and eateries within walking distance.

I’m a pipeline surveyor and have been working away from home. During my first couple weeks in Beaumont, I couldn’t find a good motel at the prices I wanted. Then I found this place, and after nearly two months here, I had to leave a review. The rooms are big, nice, and super clean, with a great smell. The bed is comfortable and the shower has just the right water pressure. The people in the office are friendly and down to earth. You won’t regret coming here.

The location was convenient, and I felt safe and looked after during my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were really friendly, and everything worked, including the strong WiFi. The bed was cozy, too. I’ll come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
