We loved being able to get a wooden mini crib for our toddler. On the way over, we called to ask if an early room might be possible since he was cranky, and Ashley at the front desk was so kind and tried to make it happen. His recommendations were lovely and just right. The valet team also got our car quickly whenever we needed it. 10/10!

We've stayed here more than once and are already looking forward to coming back. Sam was wonderful helping us with the booking. The art and decor are fabulous, and the atmosphere is hard to match. From valet and the front desk to room service and everyone in between, the staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make the stay feel top notch. The experience was perfect from pulling into valet parking right through checkout.

The food and drinks were above par, and the service was exceptional, on a level with the best hotels we've stayed at. The location makes it easy to walk to the city market, FIG, Charleston Place, and the College of Charleston. I highly recommend it for a downtown stay.

There was plenty of art around the hotel, and its central location was handy. The staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. Our room was a nice, average-sized atrium-view room, with a well-stocked bathroom, a fridge, and a Keurig. There was no window we could open or street-facing window. The thermostat was confusing, so they quickly sent an engineer to help set it. Even after that, a loud circulation fan kept running nonstop, regardless of the AC. Downstairs they had cider and cookies, but no coffee or hot water. We like tea and had to ask the front desk for hot water. Breakfast was expensive and close to inedible, so I'm not sure why some reviewers praised the food.
