Loved our stay. The rooms were amazing, and there was tons to do within walking distance. The fires in the middle of the village at night were great, and it was awesome seeing kids everywhere.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but our first stay in the Residences within the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek was an absolute treat. The three-bedroom suite was spacious and well appointed, about as nice as any suite I’ve visited. We also had access to all the main hotel’s amenities. The front desk service and staff were outstanding. If you can find availability at the Residences at the Park Hyatt, the experience is phenomenal. We didn’t want to leave.

My family and I had a five-star luxury stay at the residence, with attention to every detail. The valet crew were outstanding and wouldn’t let me carry my luggage, they took it themselves. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and well stocked. Stunning property!

The pool area is great, right along the river. There are also a lot of extra fees on top of the nightly rate: $150 pet fee, $50 parking, and $60 resort fee.
