Riffles and Runs B & B

Breakfast was a highlight, with Connie cooking up delicious dishes that felt special. The rooms and home are thoughtfully equipped, and the hosts made our visit lovely. Bellefonte has a real gem here. We’ll definitely be back.

After a full day on the water, Steve has helped me clean my waders, boots, and gear so everything’s ready for the next morning. I’ve also spent evenings swapping fishing stories with him and Connie and hearing about the area. Their company makes this my favorite fishing trip of the year, and I’m already looking forward to returning. When I’m fly fishing nearby, Riffles and Runs feels like my home away from home. Connie and Steve are like family, and each visit is comfortable, friendly, warm, and fun. Mornings start with great food from the kitchen and hot coffee outside my bedroom.

From the cookies in our room to the coffee waiting outside it each morning, Connie and Steve think of the little comforts. They cook delicious breakfasts from scratch every day, and made us feel like family. They’re welcoming hosts who genuinely care about making a stay memorable. We’ll keep coming back whenever we visit State College.

Those breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented, and the morning coffee outside the door and cookies when we arrived were such nice extras. Connie and Steve were gracious hosts, especially with our packed weekend schedule. We really enjoyed the stay, including the clean, well-equipped guest room and bathroom and the lovely sitting and dining rooms.
