Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

We came back to our room on our anniversary, 2-14-26, and found balloons and candy the staff had left to celebrate. Such a sweet surprise. The room was clean and much larger than we expected, too. Breakfast had a big spread: waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, bread, muffins, bagels, and more. Thanks for a great weekend. This is our new favorite place to stay.

The smell was bad throughout the whole hotel, and the room was disgusting. There was pee and pubic hair on the toilet seat, plus hair on the sheets. I’m pretty sure the pool was toxic. I would’ve rather slept in my car.

The pool was a nice temperature and enjoyable, and our room was fairly clean, though the bed was pretty hard. But the weed smell on the whole second floor made it hard to sleep or enjoy our stay. We were at the end of the hall in 225, and it seemed like whoever was smoking was in one of the rooms at the other end, 226-230. I told the front desk a few times. They said they’d look into it, but nothing changed. This was the first and only time I’ll bring my family to this Comfort Suites.

I had a very comfortable stay and appreciated how much effort has gone into keeping this place up and making it nice. The staff were friendly, and the rooms had lots of extras other places don’t offer. There are also many things within walking distance. That’s why I’m giving it five stars.
