Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bellevue by IHG

The pool was nice and the food was good, but the service was nowhere near what I expect when paying for a hotel room. During our four nights, nobody cleaned the room. After we complained, they only took out the trash on day three. We also ran out of soap, toilet paper, and towels and had to ask the front desk for each. I've had much better stays at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. I wouldn't recommend this one.

The breakfast crew were so patient with everyone, even as people kept coming down after the posted 6am to 9pm breakfast hours and taking their time with kids in tow. The staff were really kind, and the kitchen staff were even better. There was plenty to choose from: biscuits and gravy, sausage links, toast, neatly wrapped bagels and muffins, fresh pancakes, cinnamon rolls, a couple kinds of cereal, yogurt, bananas and other fruit, milk, and juice. The hotel was very clean, the hotel clerk was kind, and all the gym amenities worked. I think they're redoing the gym. Breakfast was great, and when I'm in omaha again, I'll definitely stay here ❤️

My daughter and her roommates found bed bugs here. They showed the front desk photos, but the staff seemed hardly concerned. They were moved to another room, with no refund or apology. I tried three times to reach the general manager, called the number left in my daughter's reply from the owner, and even contacted the front desk again. The woman there said she hadn't heard of any bed bug problem. This was awful customer service and a real lack of attention to health and safety. If you want to cuddle up with bed bugs, this ramshackle dump has plenty to share. Sleep tight and let them bite!

The beds are so firm they feel like planks, and breakfast was horrible. We asked for another blanket and were told no because there were blankets in the room. I'll pay more somewhere else for a better room and better service.
