The front desk guy was very nice, and that alone moved my rating up to two stars. The place itself feels like a dump. There was a musty, old smell mixed with cigarettes and pot. The pillows felt like rolled-up towels, the towels were old, and the comforter had a burn hole. The wooden surfaces had dirty splash marks. It seems like the building needs to be torn down and rebuilt, which makes the high price hard to swallow. I wouldn't trust those four- or five-star reviews.

The staff at the front desk were understanding and refunded us without any trouble, but I still wouldn't recommend this place. The whole facility smelled strongly of smoke. Our room was spacious, but very dated and dirty, with holes in the sheets and blankets, plus lots of hair and stains.

My family has been coming to this hotel for 22 years, and we love it. The pool is usually nice and warm, and the staff are amazing. The front desk people are especially sweet.

There’s plenty to do nearby, with swimming and food right across from the bay. The pool was clean and nice, and the location is perfect. The staff are always great.

There was a huge fight outside, with people arguing about bed bugs, and the workers did nothing. There were also a bunch of people who seemed like druggies???? The front desk lady was rude and unhelpful. Disgusting place, with so many problems.
