The place felt run down, and it didn't seem like anyone was handling maintenance. I prepaid for three days because the website advertised an indoor pool and hot tub, but found out when I arrived that neither was there. I wasn't given any compensation. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

When I left my insulin in the fridge, no one answered the front desk phone, so I had to call the guests in the room next door and ask them to pass along an urgent message. The staff threw the medication away, even though it was in a clearly marked container labeled pharmacy. I know it's my responsibility to keep track of my things, but it would've been nice if they'd held onto it or called the contact number. Insulin isn't cheap. The stay itself was awful too: I could feel every spring in the bed, the doors wouldn't close all the way, and I think there may have been bugs because I got bitten a couple of times. The front office was no help.

There was a peephole above the bathroom toilet that let someone in the hallway look in. The continental breakfast was also very limited, just a bowl of cereal and coffee, and it wasn't very appetizing for $85 a night. I won't be rushing back.

I didn't interact with the staff much. The beds and linens were clean, there were no bugs, and the lights and TVs worked. The room itself was only okay and needed maintenance: the bathroom counter was cracked, the floor a bit dirty, the curtains didn't match, and the bathroom needed caulking.
