Kelly made us feel welcome right away when we arrived for our work trip. He showed us where things were and even helped us sign up for Marriott Rewards so we could earn points. Our room was roomy and had a kitchen, which would work well for a longer visit. We had such a good stay that we're coming back soon and booking here again.

Cyndi and Danielle deserve a shout-out. The whole staff was probably the nicest group I've come across, and they kept breakfast stocked whenever something was running low. We spent a few days at the Marriott TownPlace Bentonville, AK location and had a great time. The hotel was quiet, and our room was clean. We'll be back!

The traffic on the main road made it hard to sleep, especially since our room faced that way. On the other hand, the people here were so down to earth, and the customer service was the best I've had at any Towneplace I've stayed at. I had long chats with Kristin and Danielle, and they made the visit really enjoyable.

Daniel was so warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always greeting us with a sweet smile and great energy. Even as she was heading home after our dinner, she still stopped to speak to us. She's one of the sweetest people I've met, and the hotel is lucky to have her. She deserves a raise. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was great. Thanks!
