C'mon Inn Billings

Wanita and the staff treated our family with real kindness while we were there after my mother passed away. We’re grateful for how they looked after us, and none of us will forget it. This will always be our motel when we visit Billings, Montana. I’d give them ten stars if I could.

We’ve stayed here every time we come to Billings for years, and the prices are great, especially for a king suite. It feels cozy and homey, with comfy beds, crisp white linens, and bathroom extras in case you forgot something. The rooms have large smart TVs that show your name and a welcome when you arrive. There’s breakfast and a little arcade for kids inside by the waterfall. The indoor space is beautiful, with trees, a koi pond and bridge, a big pool, and five hot tubs tucked among little rock walls and plants. It’s quiet and peaceful, and the online-only bookings after midnight help keep it private.

I liked the indoor walking area, and watching the fish was fun. The rooms were clean too. I’ll definitely come back.

The room was filthy when we arrived, with food crumbs scattered across the floor, a used green floss pick behind the recliner, and an empty grape jelly packet. I told the front desk, but the employee didn’t seem to care and said nobody was available to clean. We asked for it to be taken care of while we were out, but came back to find everything just as dirty. I was disgusted and really disappointed. The location was bad for us too, with trains passing all night nearby, and the room was so hot that I couldn’t sleep because the AC didn’t work. Worst stay I’ve had. We will never return.
