I stayed there at the end of May, and when the airport failed to put my luggage on my plane, I had to spend an extra day in town and wait for it to arrive on a later flight. I explained what happened, and the staff went by the airport later that day so I could get my bag. They were very friendly, and my room was spacious and clean. There’s a gas station within easy walking distance for food. I highly recommend this Inn. I came back on Dec 23, 2015 and had the same good experience with the friendly staff, chauffeur, and convenient location for delivery. The only thing I’d suggest is better beds or extra padding to make them softer.

I had to leave CA for Billings MT during a family emergency. My brother had been admitted to the hospital for heart surgery and wasn’t getting better. I was already traveling with a reservation when my daughter told me the hotel reviews weren’t great. I couldn’t take any more bad news. The location was within walking distance of the hospital, the price was right, and I’d already paid. I figured at least there were no complaints about bugs, and it was only for a week, even if the service was bad. I’m very happy to say the stay was beyond what I expected. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive. The rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend Rimview Hotel to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place at a reasonable price. Thank you for making a terrible time in my life a little easier.

We stopped here on the way north to Canada, and the location was really convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was basic, clean, and well kept, just what we needed. Dogs were allowed for $15 per pet, and it was quiet enough for our pups to sleep through the night without a problem.

I recently had a dispute with an employee who I felt was treating me unfairly. After I tried to get help from someone else, Jesse from Rimview Inn called and resolved the issue. She also restored my faith in a motel that feels like home to me. My experiences there have always been above and beyond. When my partner was fatally sick, they accommodated both me and my dogs, who are like my children. I went so often that staff made it a priority to remember my name and needs. Jesse, thank you for the wonderful job you do and for caring about guests’ personal needs and feelings.

This is always home away from home for me. The rooms are clean, and the staff are nice, kind, and helpful. I stay here for doctor appointments or when Mom or Dad is in the hospital. My grandchildren love coming too. They call it “the fish tank” because they love seeing the tank in the office. I’ve never felt worried or uneasy here. Home away from home.
