The beds were really comfortable, and the fridge was cold. The shower had plenty of hot water and it never ran out. My room was clean, the area seemed safe, and I had no problems during my stay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was the weak point, mostly two waffle irons, dry cereal, and a little fruit. I didn't use the hot tub or sauna, but I looked in and they seemed clean and well cared for.

For what we paid, the cleanliness and condition weren't good enough. There was even a half-used shampoo bottle left by a previous guest. The tub's coating was peeling away in large patches, so it looked dirty and didn't feel clean or safe to use. Sleep was impossible. The parking lot lights came straight into the room at 4 a.m. (see photo) because the curtain was barely attached and wouldn't close. The beds were genuinely the worst I've had at a hotel. Between the light and the mattress, we got no rest, and we won't return. The room was in terrible shape from the start, and I rarely write reviews like this, but I can't recommend staying here.

I paid $170 for this, and won't be back. The noise made it hard to sleep or relax: traffic came through the thin walls, people ran in the halls, and our room was by the stairs. Each time someone used them, a door squeaked open and slammed shut. Maids were vacuuming next door at 8am. The place is dated, not very clean, and has dark hallways, no elevator, and no gym. The “Spa” room looked dirty. My bathroom did too, with a worn tub and tiny black hairs all over the floor. There wasn't a comfortable place to sit, though the bed was okay. Breakfast was a waffle maker, three cereals, toast, apples, and bananas. The cereal lever didn't work, the milk sat out in a pour container, and there were no protein options, so I didn't eat. The satellite channels were hard to access, and there was no sign showing where check-in was.

At $160 a night, this was terrible value. The pool and hot tub were out of order, and the rooms were dated, unclean, and had an off smell. They didn't even provide a luggage stand, iron, or ironing board. I wouldn't recommend it. The facilities are worth $60-70 a night at most.
