Update 11/26/24: I’ve been living here for several months now and love it. Wade and Liz are attentive and helpful, the amenities are really nice, and I love the rooftop views. I had a wonderful application experience, too. Liz, the leasing manager, always replied to my questions promptly. Looking forward to moving here!

Lakeview Green has clean grounds and a lot of nice features: a community garden, well-kept green space, and an amazing rooftop with TVs and life-size games like chess and Connect Four. Now that we’re empty nesters, we especially appreciate having restaurants, bars and workout facilities nearby. We absolutely love living here. Wade and Liz are easy to work with, quick to respond to requests, and professional managers.

Update, November 29th, 2023 The reported problems have now been taken care of. The lobby lights are fixed, and the concerns about trash and chess board pieces have been resolved, with better organization in those areas. We’re leaving Lakeview Green because we found a house, and that’s the only reason. We’ve lived here since 2021, among the first residents, and have really enjoyed both the apartment and the neighborhood. Wade, the property manager, was right there with us from the start, even when he lived next door, and those early days went smoothly. Liz, the leasing agent, is also a great addition to the team and is always ready to answer questions or help. There’s lots to enjoy right outside the door: the Green Space is lovely for sitting or taking a dog, and the river is nice too. Lakeview, Pepper Place, Bettola, Blueprint, Red Cat, Lumbar, Hot and Hot, Ovenbird, Automatic, and Mayawell are all walkable. We’ve loved our view straight over the mountain to Vulcan, and on the 4th of July you can watch from the 4th floor balcony without leaving it. We’ll miss Lakeview Green and the friends we made here. It’s been a great place to live, so don’t pass up the chance to rent here.
