The staff were courteous and respectful. When the sink in my room had an issue, maintenance came right away to fix it temporarily, then returned later that day to make a permanent repair. The location is convenient, with most places within walking distance. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. I’d stay here again. I gave the room four stars because it isn’t a five-star hotel.

I’m renting a trailer that needs repairs. It took almost five years to tear down the awful deck, which I nearly fell through. It was dangerous. The kitchen sink has needed fixing for over a year, and the new toilet they installed still leaks. I sent a complaint to the city.

Disgusting. My homeless shelter got me a room, and I don’t know if they gave me a gross one because they knew I was homeless, but it was nasty. There were dirty sheets and bed bugs, and the AC unit was filthy with black mold. The place smelled strongly of wet dog and cigarette smoke. I went there to rest and heal, but spent the whole time dealing with bugs and trying to get rid of the smell. Maybe that’s why my spider bite got bigger, from cleaning that nasty AC unit. Sick!
