The staff were nice, and the location works well if you want to be near town. The bed was a slab of memory foam and a little comfortable, but not enough for a good night's sleep over multiple nights. Dead ladybugs were scattered around the floor, and the shower had the previous guests' hair stuck to the tub and walls. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as we entered, despite the no-smoking rule, and there was a gap in the outside door.

The employees were outstanding, and breakfast was fantastic. Set against the mountains, the place has a fire pit and is great for dogs. My dog had a blast, and I highly recommend staying here with a pet.

The beds were comfortable, and I'll definitely stay here again. There was a problem with my door, but the staff were helpful and accommodating about it. They were very sweet and nice while staying professional.

Getting anyone in the office before 8 or after 4 was out of the question. The room had no toilet paper, and I couldn't get any; nobody answered the phone that was supposed to be answered 24 hours a day. There were no tissues and just one trash can, only 7 inches tall. The mattress had divots, and the pillows were flat as pancakes. They charged four different taxes, turning a $109-a-night room into $150 a night. Why did we stay? There were absolutely no refunds, and we couldn't waste $300. Their full breakfast was among the worst we've seen.
