The housekeeping routine seemed well organized. My room stayed clean, and they refreshed the towels and supplies every day. When I put up the do-not-disturb sign, staff respected my privacy.

A quiet spot near the town center, with several good restaurants close by. Aurelio Pizza is great, and there's also a Tesla destination charger. The room was spacious, clean, and felt upscale, with a comfortable bed and chair. Breakfast had a good assortment of food.

We stayed in the Deluxe King room after our wedding, and it was very clean and enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at La Banque for making that stay so wonderful!

We’ll keep choosing this place when we visit family here. It’s an incredible hotel downtown, close to shopping, the train, and restaurants, with excellent amenities and a workout room.

After the wedding, I returned to my room and found a strong sewage smell. It seemed like a serious plumbing problem, with a fecal odor hanging in the air. Even with the bathroom door shut, it woke me during the night, and I couldn't wait to leave. I travel often for work and have never experienced anything like it. Earlier, my brother was given a hard time about checking in early, which added stress on his wedding day. The experience didn't match the price. No amount of free collagen face masks could make up for leaving the groom feeling unwelcome or having guests smell feces in their rooms. I was looking forward to staying at this hotel in my hometown for his wedding, but it fell well short.
