We ended up staying an extra night after winter weather made us rethink our trip. My daughter had asked to go skiing, so we set off with our dog and booked one night at the hotel. The room was more than we expected: clean, quiet, warm, and comfortable for all of us. The front desk team were great from arrival through checkout. They cared about guests' comfort and concerns, and I especially appreciated the evening staff making sure everyone was safe in the winter weather. Breakfast was among the best continental spreads I've had, with omelets, eggs, waffles, French toast, yogurt, bagels, sausage, ham, biscuits, fresh fruit, and more. The breakfast staff worked to make the dining experience as good as possible. Thanks for making our weekend so enjoyable, from me, Adyson, and Breeze.

We've stayed here three times, in both winter and summer, and the property hasn't disappointed. The grounds are consistently clean and well maintained, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It's centrally located in the Boone, NC area, which makes getting around easy. They're especially welcoming to pets and even waive pet fees, a big difference for dog families like ours. Highly recommend, and we can't wait to return. We truly love this property.

Payton at the front desk was especially helpful, and the rest of the hotel staff were friendly too. The hotel and our room were clean. We didn't try the pool or hot tub, but the fitness room was very clean and had modern equipment. Breakfast was delicious. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a lovely four-night visit to Boone, and the free pet fee was a real plus. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We took off a star because we wanted to enjoy the hot tub more, but it was crowded all the time. Still, a great experience overall!

The staff were nice and it was reasonably clean, but this is an old, run-down hotel, like the other chains in Boone. I found a whole cookie left beside the bed, which clearly hadn't been cleaned up. The walls and floors are paper thin too, so don't expect much peace and quiet. I don't see how it deserves a nearly five-star Google rating, and it's certainly not a five-star hotel.
