We actually talked with an elderly woman on our second weekend at Regency who’d been taken advantage of and ended up homeless. Some of the reviews are about the same situations. The owners have helped a lot of people over the years, so I think they’re good people and will stay in business. You can’t judge a book by its cover, and progress takes time. My husband had been out of town working on cleanup after the snow and ice damage. The staff were friendly, professional, and often walking around the property. I think they may live on site, and someone was always there to help. I only read the reviews after that second weekend.

The owners are really kind, and the rooms were very clean. Everyone was friendly, and the service was great. They let me bring my service animals, and I’d do business with them again if I need somewhere to stay.

If the owners of regency inn in booneville hadn’t helped us, my family would’ve been out in the cold. They were so nice and the service was great. Thank y’all from the bottom of my heart. We had room #32, and I’ll definitely come back if we need a room.

A good cheap place to stay. Clean, safe, and well lit, with no riff raff. They were very accommodating.

The room was spotless and smelled wonderful, and the bed was really comfortable. The woman who checked us in was so nice, and the price was hard to beat.
