It's a five to ten minute walk to the nearest underground stop, and the hotel sits right by a large shopping district. The rooms are roomy, with a big comfortable bed and a good shower. There's also a kitchenette, plus laundry and drying machines if you need them.

The location is great and the hotel seems newer, but the prices are high for the quality, and it felt poorly managed. The mattress had a huge dip in the middle and was awful. I woke with neck and back pain, and when I told the front desk, they said all the rooms had similar mattresses and there was nothing they could do. The blanket was thin as a handkerchief, the breakfast felt cheap with few options, and the check-in cart was really cheap too. The shower handle was hard to adjust for temperature. There was also a big puddle leaking from the refrigerator when I entered the room, though they fixed that quickly. I asked several times to have the room refreshed, but was told that only happens every four days. They did bring me some towels.

The front desk person was pleasant and gracious, even though I was pretty out of it at 1 a.m. We arrived late, slept in, and didn't hear other guests. Maybe they put us in a quiet, mostly empty part of the hotel, or maybe the soundproofing is just good. The room was clean and quiet, and both beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. We couldn't seem to adjust the temperature, but it was acceptable.

Getting around was easy, with a bus stop two minutes away and Andrew station about a ten-minute walk. South Bay Park nearby had plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, which made our Boston weekend great. We were a family of four with two teenage boys, and the rooms suited us perfectly. The kitchenette had a huge fridge, microwave, and a full set of utensils; the two queen beds and pull-out couch bed were super comfortable and brand new. Breakfast had a very good variety, especially the fresh waffle maker and all its toppings, and we adults liked the coffee too. The boys loved the exceptionally well-equipped fitness room.
