The Boston Hotel

Irma at the front desk helped me find the best room in my price range, and Elaine was helpful too. When I needed a shower cap, she even offered to bring one from home, though she found disposable ones instead. The breakfast is great for the price, the room was very clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating. I chose this place after reading reviews, and my gut feeling was right. It’s a clean, quiet place to rest, not a luxury hotel, though you won’t find luxury at this price anywhere in the Northeast, especially around Boston. If luxury is what you’re after, stay downtown or in the seaport. I saw no sign of the bugs mentioned in some earlier reviews during my three days here. I’ve traveled around the country, and this is well above Best Western, which used to be the brand at this location. A good spot if you just want some peace and quiet 😊

The room at Hotel Boston in Brighton was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a perfect job throughout my visit. Breakfast had a nice selection, too. The best part was Kieth at reception. He was generous, very kind, and always greeted guests with a smile. His service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had a really pleasant stay and would come back. Thanks to Kieth and the team for the hospitality!

Mr. Keith was wonderful. I couldn’t get the online booking to work, and he helped us through every step and made sure we were taken care of. He’s a real example of hospitality, and the experience was great because of him. Thanks again, Mr. Keith.

The receptionist I spoke with was so kind and helpful, and even moved my friends and me to a better room. Everything was clean and well kept, and the price was great. We had a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work :)
