The location was excellent, but the value for the price really wasn't. Our room was tiny, with the bed pushed up against a window on a noisy street. With two people, one had to climb over the other to get into bed. There was no one to contact in person since everything was handled remotely, and nobody came to clean or replace the toilet paper when we ran out. We also had a flood, followed by very noisy drying machines running 24 hours a day for the whole stay. At that price, I wouldn't come back.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the building itself is beautifully done. At 28 Fenway, we were right across from the Rose Garden, and Fenway Park was just an easy, short walk away. There were also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, along with the Prudential Center, Hynes Convention Center, and the marathon finish line. Another smooth stay with Maverick Suites. We had a great time.

We arrived late last night to find industrial drying fans in the hallway, with no WiFi or TV. My husband needed those to work, so we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay. I understand problems can happen, but nobody contacted us about it. They only acknowledged the issue after we raised it, and couldn't say when it would be fixed.

The worst stay we've ever had. We left after the first night of our six-night trip. There was food and garbage everywhere, and rats all around the main entrance. When we woke up, we had bed bug bites. We still haven't been refunded.

We hardly spent time in the room since we could walk everywhere from there. It was small, but the location was perfect, and being close to running trails was ideal for me.
