The honesty of the doorman made a real difference: my husband dropped his wallet outside the hotel with a lot of cash in it, and the doorman turned it in with nothing missing. We really appreciated that. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and booked a suite. It was roomy and comfortable for three people, although our second-floor view looked out onto an alley. Everyone was helpful from check-in through checkout, and the location was excellent, with restaurants nearby and our destinations either walkable or a quick train ride away. Breakfast at Parkers was great. Room service was good too, but pricey. We’d stay again.

We came for a wedding and ended up stuck for three extra days because snow stopped the planes, LOL. The whole stay was amazing, and all the staff were wonderful. Ammonia Gomes was especially friendly and great at her job. Our room always looked lovely, and she went above and beyond for us. We really enjoyed the stay, and we’re grateful to everyone for everything.

I used to avoid this hotel after my stay in September 2025. It felt dated then, and the upgrades seemed to be taking too long, so I started staying elsewhere. I came back last night, checked in with Ericka, and asked whether the rooms had been updated. She said they had, and she was right. I’m back in love with the place. The hotel is historic and known for being haunted. Ask the front desk about its history, they’ll give you a packet and it makes the stay more fun. My night was peaceful, and the shower water was just the right temperature. The shower is a little small, but the updates more than make up for it. Happy staying!

The building and the surrounding area have amazing history, and this is where the Boston cream pie was invented and created. We had a great day with family at the Omni Parker House. I had the short rib grilled cheese and a Boston cream pie martini. My wife and one daughter chose the herb chicken sandwich, while my other daughter got the French onion soup. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel special. I’d like to book a couple of nights so we can enjoy Boston and its nightlife.

The Boston cream pie was a letdown this time. I remembered it from years ago as rich and creamy, but now it tasted bland and pretty average. Maybe the recipe changed, though I’m not sure. I came back to Omni Parker House and still found the hotel beautiful, historic, very clean, and excellent for service. The location is great too, with pretty much everything within walking distance. We had a good stay and enjoyed our time in Boston, which is always a lovely place to visit.
