Seaport Hotel® Boston

The restaurant inside is great, and my son loved the pool. We’ve visited for Valentine’s weekend, Snowport in the winter, and a fall weekend, and the staff have recognized us and been kind each time. Valet is always quick and efficient. Yesterday there were more than 20 people in the check-in line, but it moved quickly even with just two women at the front desk. You can’t beat the service!

Steve the valet gave us such a gracious welcome, and the staff as a whole were above and beyond. We’d come from another hotel in Copley that hadn’t been great, and the Seaport Hotel greeted us with warmth and big smiles. Our room was very clean, with a gorgeous view of the harbor. We tried the pool and gym. Both were acceptable. The pool area was a little cramped, but there was enough water to swim a few laps. The gym was well stocked and very clean. The area is unbeatable, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

The restaurant was solid for dinner, and breakfast the next morning was great. Our room was clean and had a great view. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t need cleaning service. Check-in was quick and easy, and the man who helped us get settled had excellent customer service and was really friendly. The valet and the men who helped with our bags were great, too. I wish I’d gotten the names of the staff we met. We stayed 12/26-27.

I keep having wonderful stays at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. It’s comforting, clean, and elegant, whether I’m traveling for business or leisure. The amenities feel luxurious, and having a restaurant right in the hotel is so convenient. The staff are always professional and welcoming, which makes the whole experience. It never disappoints and feels like a home away from home.
