The room was awful, filthy, and poorly managed. I found bugs on the mattress, and the front door looked like it had been kicked in several times, with a gap you could see through. At the counter, the woman was unpleasant and rude, and I could hardly understand her. My wife and I were staying near the hospital and hadn’t slept in days. A man had understood that we needed to begin with two nights, maybe longer, and gave us a card to use when we decided to leave. Instead, they charged us right away and started our stay immediately. It felt like they took our money. We stupidly paid them more, then saw the room. This is probably the harshest review I’ve ever written, and it’s deserved. Absolutely don’t recommend it. Don’t waste your time, money, energy, or breath.

We left early because none of the problems got fixed. In our first room, brown stuff came out of the bathroom sink and shower, the sink stayed clogged, and there were bed bugs and roaches. WiFi didn’t work, so we were moved to a room around front, where the bugs were ten times worse, the toilet barely flushed, and WiFi still didn’t work. The cable barely worked too. Management wouldn’t do anything, and the management and maintenance man were rude and hateful. This is a horrible, nasty place. You don’t want to stay or live here, trust me.

During the darkest part of my active addiction, I used to stay at the Park n' Stay Inn. The one good thing about the place is that it pushed me to get my life back together and keep it that way. That’s why I’m giving it one star! :)

After you pay, they may threaten you and tell you to leave without giving your money back. These people are crazy. For your safety, don’t stay here.

I’ve been here almost 2 years and haven’t had any problems. I love my studio room.
