@Jan.2026 The staff were nice and the room was clean, with a microwave, small fridge, dryer, and pretty much everything you need. The coffee in the lobby by the entrance was always empty except at breakfast. It’d be better if they refilled it.

Gabe, the manager, made this a memorable visit. My room looked out over a pasture with cows in the view. It was spotless, quiet, and felt safe, so I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was pretty standard for a Fairfield, and I’m adding the place to my favorites.

I booked Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Johnson City as one of the hotel blocks for my wedding, and Gabe was a delight to work with. He went above and beyond to help make sure my guests had a great stay. The location is convenient too, with lots of restaurants and stores close by. A 10/10 experience.

The staff were polite and professional, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with very nice bathrooms. Breakfast is free every day, and compared with other hotels, the food here is served hot and tastes great. A great place to stay.
