What stands out most at The Kensington Apartments is the management team. They’re professional, responsive, and seem to genuinely care about residents. Questions and requests are handled promptly, which makes a big difference. The location is hard to beat, with public transportation, great restaurants, and everything Boston offers close at hand. The apartments are modern, beautiful, well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities are a great bonus. Since moving in, everything has exceeded my expectations. It’s been a pleasure living here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed home in a great Boston location.

Vanessa from the leasing team was a huge help in securing the unit we wanted most, and the concierge team made our move-in much easier by helping manage the chaos. We moved to Boston for a new job and chose The Kensington for its many amenities and convenient location. We’re very satisfied so far and excited to be long-term tenants.

The location is one of the best parts of living at Kensington. In the heart of downtown Boston, it’s easy to get to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation, while still having comfort, privacy, and security. The lobby is stunning, with an elegance and attention to detail that sets the building apart. The apartments are beautifully designed with modern. Amenities are top-tier, from the fitness center to the resident lounge common area, which gives the place a five-star feel. The staff are professional, welcoming, and ready to help, and make residents feel valued and at home.

The building feels like a community, not just an apartment complex, because everyone is so friendly. I love that the team keeps improving things and adding activities and classes. The complimentary coffee is a small touch I appreciate every day. From day one, the front desk staff have been personable, welcoming, and happy to help. The office staff are just as kind and approachable, making the whole place feel warm and stress-free. Maintenance is timely, responsive, and efficient. The Kensington genuinely feels like home!

The sense of community is one of my favorite things about living at The Kensington. Thoughtfully planned resident events make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home, and the concierge team is friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The location is incredible, with plenty to do nearby and easy access to what I need. The gym is well equipped, the pool is beautiful, and the amenities are always clean and well maintained. Whenever I’ve had an issue, maintenance has responded and fixed it quickly and professionally. It really feels like luxury living done right, and I couldn’t be happier here.
