YOTEL Boston

The rooftop bar had a great skyline view and good drinks, and I really liked the location. The room is definitely tight, as the reviews say, but it was clean, updated, and had a fun vibe. The Purple mattress was a plus, and I liked that it could work as a couch and convert into a full bed. It might feel cramped for two people who want their own space, but I had a great stay and would come back. The staff were top notch, polite, welcoming, and accommodating.

The staff were so welcoming during my two days there. They even went out of their way to help me look for my wallet, which I later found in my luggage. I really appreciated that. I know the rooms are small, but I don’t need much space anyway. I’ll stay there every time.

It’s a really cool, unusual hotel. The room was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and everything worked. It is kind of small, but you’re in Boston, so get out and explore. The rooftop bar is cool too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff made the stay easy. The person helping guests with the kiosks was quick and friendly when programming the door keys, and seemed used to doing it. Shout-out to Carol at the front desk, who helped with my early morning checkout. She was in a really pleasant mood, a lovely way to end my Boston trip. I stayed for two nights and wasn’t sure what to expect from a micro-hotel. The room was super efficient, basically a shower and a bed, and it definitely made me want to be out and about. Pressing the buttons to pull the couch into a bed was fun, and I slept comfortably with the mattress at just the right angle. The TV and the QR code for room service weren’t working, though, and I would have liked to try them, or at least have them functional.
