Anna Maria Island Beach Waves

The beach had warm water even in January, with plush white sand. We also had easy beach access and two parking spaces, and the location made it quick to get food at wicked cantina or cross Cortez bridge with minimal traffic. Our freshly refurbished unit had plenty of room, a washer and dryer, and beach gear from a wagon to chairs. One item wasn’t working properly, but the owner replaced it before we got back from our morning outing, which was outstanding. Communication from the rental firm was top notch, and keyless access was a big plus, especially since that’s not common. The only extra we would’ve liked was a safe. That’s hardly a deal breaker, just a thought. Terry’s rental options are all star. We could look at lots of locations, and this one had advantages with its parking and great beach location shared with a nearby resort. We’re coming back and booking with this brand again.

We paid thousands for a two-week stay that should have been five-star, but got a rusty, bug-infested condo that stank. There was a disgusting raw sewage smell, and cockroaches were the worst part. All the floorboards were coming apart, there was no internet or wi-fi, the air-conditioning vents leaked and were broken, and a fridge shelf was broken. The shower rails were covered in rust. The manager, Terry, said he found my complaints `Offensive and Threatening` when I raised these issues. He told us the condo had just been FULLY REFURBISHED. Who did the refurbishment, a wrecking crew? I would NOT recommend this condo in any way, shape, or form. The PHOTOS and videos say it all, so look at them and Terry’s reply. I’m glad it’s not `Smellyvision`, or you’d have been as sick as a dog. You can’t charge thousands and thousands of dollars for this sort of condo. He now wants $4,500.00 per 2 weeks, even though there are dozens of much cheaper, far better-condition places on Anna Maria Island. Have a look around and you’ll find them easily and save a fortune.

My favorite condo stay on Anna Maria Island so far. The place is immaculate, the renovations are lovely, and it’s super close to the best beach on the island. The owners are awesome, and I’m already planning another stay.

The water was clear and warm, just perfect. Such a beautiful beach, and we had a wonderful time. Already planning our next trip.
