We had a great view of the city from our ninth-floor room, and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in, thanks to housekeeping. Our room was impeccable, and the lobbies, hallways, and foyers stayed well maintained the whole visit. Breakfast was buffet style with something for everyone. The shuttle was a great feature: it dropped us at the mall and picked us up within 15 minutes of our call. Everyone on staff was friendly. We’d definitely come back.

The room was clean and having a fridge and microwave was handy for the food we brought back from American Dream mall. It was a nice, cozy stay, and the kids had a good time. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the mall. Breakfast buffet was good, and they offer a 20% dinner discount at the Italian Restaurant on site. My one complaint: the shower water didn’t get hot enough for me.

It was quiet in the hotel, though I could hear road noise nearby, which bothered me as a light sleeper. Getting to New York was convenient: the shuttle goes to the bus or train station and picks you up there, or you can walk 10-15 minutes to the bus station. Breakfast is included and the price is reasonable, so I’d book again. A few annoyances: the breakfast cards are a bit odd, the TV is painfully slow, and shuttle availability can be tricky when leaving the hotel.

We were here for a Giants game and were happy with the room. It was very clean, with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was free at the restaurant, with pancakes, eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, and toast. Parking didn’t cost anything, and there’s a small gift shop for things you might need in a pinch.

Went for Valentine’s dinner with my wife and three other couples. The food, music, atmosphere, and service were all top notch. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. If you want a quick cheap meal, go to fast food. For peach bellini, oysters and shrimp to start, lobster ravioli for the main, and tiramisu for dessert, this is the place. That was my meal tonight.
