The free trolley stop is right at the resort, which made getting around the island easy. We also enjoyed the private pool and guest beach access, with chairs and umbrellas provided. Jet skis, sailboats, and other water activities are offered too. Breakfast is grab-and-go, with a good range of choices. Since it was our first time on the island, the friendly, welcoming staff took time to walk us through the island map and answer all our questions. They even gave our kids some leftover beach toys, which was so thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay at Silver Surf Resort and are already looking forward to coming back.

The staff were terrific, and there are good restaurants and little shops within walking distance. A trolley or short drive gets you to other places on the north end of Anna Maria Island, or south to a gorgeous inlet and beach park. Silver Surf Gulf Beach resort has a beautiful private beach and a great location. The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated, though a little small, and are just right for two adults or a small family. I really enjoyed my stay. PS, I even treated myself to a massage from a private service in a hut on the resort’s beach.

Renee and the rest of the employees were so friendly and ready to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Renee went out of her way to make my daughters feel special for their birthday. We were there for my daughter's 16th, and loved it. The hotel is right across the street from the beach, a perfect location, and having chairs and an umbrella there was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay. We can’t wait to go back.

Noah Miller made everything smooth from beginning to end and really went above and beyond. The staff were all friendly and wonderful, and the resort is directly across the street from the beach, which was so convenient. Our stay at Silver Surf Resort was easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The free trolley stop is right outside the motel, and restaurants are walkable from here. Breakfast was fine, with bagels, muffins, French toast, boiled eggs, cereal bars, and more. I would have liked fresh milk, though. The staff were super friendly, and Noah made us feel welcome when we arrived. The location is incredible, right across from the beach, with beach beds and umbrellas included in the room price. Our room was very clean, with huge beds and a well-equipped kitchenette. It had a full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, crockery, a great shower, quiet modern air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
