The employees were great and everything else was very nice, but the elevator wouldn’t come down to the first floor. Why didn’t corporate have more people working to help guests carry their things up to the fourth floor? The employees who were there had to haul all the laundry and garbage up and down the stairs. They deserve a big bonus!

The cleanliness was awful, with everything dirty and dogs relieving themselves right next to the elevator. I didn’t get the room I’d requested, and the whole stay was terrible. At check-in, the manager had a terrible attitude and said our reservation was for two beds, but the hotel was full. He asked if I’d take a single-bed room instead, or he’d cancel the reservation. I felt I had no choice since I was already there. The next day I was locked out because he thought I’d paid for only one night. I’d paid for two nights and three days, and when I showed him my reservation details, he saw the booking was correct. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

When I stayed there, the property was brand new and the staff were very attentive. The location was convenient, and I liked that it sat away from the highway, which kept the traffic noise down while I slept.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were cheerful and nice. But the bed felt like a rock, the elevator was out of order, and there were drug addicts hanging around in the parking lot at night. There were no amenities, no hair dryer, no real shampoo, and no conditioner. This place felt maybe one level above a motel, and even with a low rate, I don’t think it’s worth the money.
