We paid $175.00 for a stale, outdated place with three tiny kid-sized pillows on the bed. It smelled of mold and cigarettes, and the room was filthy. The shower didn’t work, so I wore shower shoes. Ceiling tiles were falling, and the window wouldn’t lock. Neither would the door, which had been kicked in. After my third trip to the front desk because the remote also didn’t work, the woman at the desk was rude. Kayak had shown it as a 5-star place, but it was nothing like that.

We never even went inside. We couldn’t find the main entrance because the driveway is hidden, and from what we could see, it wasn’t what we were looking for. We hadn’t booked this location, but somehow it took us there. Getting a refund through the third party has been ridiculous, with a different story from everyone we speak to. Be firm.

We only stayed one night, and the room was dirty, with stained sheets and several live roaches that we killed. Part of the ceiling was falling down too. Breakfast ran out and wasn’t replenished: there was only bread and cereal, then they ran out of milk and bread. Don’t be fooled by the free breakfast. Book somewhere else.

This place was filthy, with rust everywhere, holes in the ceiling stuffed with tissue, and bugs on the towels. Water covered the floor when I showered. I told the front desk attendant, who replied, “I can not change the design of the shower.” The front desk staff weren’t friendly at all.
